On July 31st, we are locking ourselves in with the Heavenly Father and we are going to war for what we have been called to build.
From 9 PM until 3:30 AM, or until something breaks. We are not getting up until heaven signs off.
THIS IS NOT A SERVICE.
This is a shut-in.
No clock-watching. No quick prayers. No leaving until heaven moves.
This room is not for the casual. It is for the called.
The builders. The entrepreneurs. The purpose carriers. The legacy makers. The ones with a kingdom assignment they have not had the courage to launch. The ones scaling a business and hitting a spiritual ceiling. The ones who know there is more — and are done accepting delay as an answer.

WHY A SHUT-IN?
Because some battles do not get won between 7 PM and 9 PM.
Throughout Scripture, breakthrough came to the ones who stayed. Jacob wrestled all night and refused to let go without a blessing. Hannah prayed until her lips moved without sound. The disciples tarried in the upper room until the fire fell.
And then there was Paul and Silas.
Beaten. Bloodied. Locked in the inner prison with their feet in stocks. And what did they do at midnight? They prayed and sang praises to God. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, the foundations shook, the doors flew open, and every chain came loose. (Acts 16:25-26)
There is something heaven releases at 12 AM that it does not release at 8 PM.
That is why our Warfare Hour is at midnight — when the day shifts, the atmosphere shifts, and heaven leans in. We will be in the deepest part of warfare when the clock strikes 12. This is the hour we tear down what has been holding us. This is the hour the foundations shake.
We are not rushing His presence.
We are not scheduling Him into an hour.
We are creating room for Him to move without interruption, without exit, without compromise.
WHAT WE ARE CONTENDING FOR
This is not surface prayer. This is kingdom warfare.
We are contending for business growth —
for the kingdom assignments disguised as businesses, for the contracts that have been delayed, for the clients heaven assigned to us, for the doors that have been closed too long.
We are contending for generational wealth —
to break every cycle that taught us to work hard and never build, to confront the spirit of poverty by name, and to become the generation that hands something down instead of starting from zero.
We are contending for kingdom purpose —
for the man with a billion-dollar idea and a ten-dollar mindset, for the woman whose assignment has been sitting dormant, for every builder ready to occupy the territory God already gave them.
We are contending for healing —
from the wounds that stop purpose, the trauma of business failure, the grief of deferred dreams, the betrayal that made us shrink back.
We are contending for divine connections —
the right mentors, the right investors, the right partners, the rooms that have been closed.
We are contending for kingdom marriages —
covenant partnerships built to build together.
We are contending for bloodlines —
for children and grandchildren who will not start from zero, but from where we leave off.
And we are contending for New York City —
for kingdom businesses to rise in every borough, for Empower Ministries to be a visible economic force in this city, for righteousness to become the standard in business culture.
Because what we are praying for is bigger than us.
WHAT THE NIGHT WILL LOOK LIKE
Doors open at 8:00 PM. Prayer begins at 9:00 PM and runs until 3:30 AM — or until something breaks.
The night moves through six intentional movements:
Consecration — clearing the ground. You cannot build on unconsecrated soil.
Encounter — high praise and deep worship until the atmosphere shifts.
Intercession — covering our households, our men, our healing.
Reset — a sacred soak before warfare begins.
Warfare — breaking poverty, releasing financial breakthrough, declaring over our businesses by name, contending for New York City.
Seal — prophetic declaration and communion. What is sealed at the table is permanent.
At 12:00 AM, we enter the Warfare Hour — the most concentrated hour of corporate prayer of the night. Like Paul and Silas in the prison, we expect the foundations to shake. This is the hour we have been building toward all evening. This is the hour every chain comes loose.
There will be moments of strategic silence. Moments of travail. Moments of victory. Moments where you will feel the room shift.
This is sacred time. Doors close promptly at 10:30 PM. There is no re-entry once prayer begins.
We are protecting the atmosphere.

The entire evening builds toward this moment. You want to be in the room.
What should I bring?
Bring your prayer shawl, your Bible, a journal, and the name of your business, calling, or assignment written down. Come with a few dollars as well — food, refreshments, and journals will be available for purchase on-site.
Why a prayer shawl?
The shawl is a symbol of covering and consecration. When we wrap ourselves, we are stepping into the secret place of intercession. If you do not own one, come anyway — what matters most is that you come.
Is this only for entrepreneurs and business owners?
No. This night is for anyone carrying a kingdom assignment — entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, ministers, parents, students. But the focus of the night is on business growth, generational wealth, and kingdom purpose. If you carry a calling and you are ready to break what has been blocking it, this room is for you.
What should I bring to pray over my business or calling?
Bring the name of your business, calling, or assignment written down. During the night, every person will speak the name of what God has given them out loud and pray over it specifically. Come prepared to be specific.
Will there be food?
Food and refreshments will be available for purchase on-site throughout the night. We recommend eating dinner before you arrive and bringing a few dollars if you would like to buy something during the night.
Is this open to everyone?
Yes. Anyone ready to wrestle for breakthrough is welcome. This is not a night for spectators — it is a night for participants.
I have never been to a shut-in before. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You do not need experience. You need hunger. We will guide the room through every segment.
What if I get tired during the night?
Tiredness is part of the consecration. Jacob wrestled until daybreak with his hip out of socket. Bring water, grab something from the food table if you need it, and push through. The breakthrough is on the other side of the fatigue.
Can I arrive late?
Doors close at 10:30 PM to preserve the flow of prayer. Please plan accordingly.
Will there be childcare?
No. Due to the overnight nature, childcare will not be available. This night is designed for ages 16plus.
Is this event recorded?
No. This is an in-person encounter only. What happens in the room stays in the room.
